Girideepam Business School (GBS) is organizing the International Conference on *“Reimagining Management for a Tech-Driven Sustainable Future”* on 16 April 2026 at 9.30 AM in Hybrid Mode at the GBS Mar Ivanios Conference Hall. The conference is jointly organized by Girideepam Business School and Crest Academy for Innovation & Research, Kottayam, in association with Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia.
The conference aims to provide a dynamic platform for academicians, research scholars, and students to explore innovative and technology-driven strategies that enhance sustainability across marketing, finance, human resource management, supply chain, and AI-enabled business practices. The event will facilitate meaningful academic discussions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global knowledge exchange. Selected papers will have publication opportunities in ISSN journals - Lux Montis or GBS Suprayoga. Certificates will be issued to participants upon successful completion of the conference sessions.

Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation and Submission
* Only original, unpublished work on the conference theme is sought. Any manuscript containing
identical or substantially similar work already published or under review for another conference
or publication will not be considered.
* Abstract (not exceeding 300 words) with 5-6 keywords should reach us through email -
conference@girideepambschool.edu.in in Microsoft Word format only.
* Word Limit: Total word limit for each paper should be between 4000 - 6000 words.
* First Page: Title, Author (s), Name(s) and Affiliation (s) with contact number and email id.
* All submitted work should mandatorily have similarity index below 10% in Turnitin.
* All submission should strictly follow the given formatting style:
