Girideepam Business School (GBS) is organizing the International Conference on *“Reimagining Management for a Tech-Driven Sustainable Future”* on 16 April 2026 at 9.30 AM in Hybrid Mode at the GBS Mar Ivanios Conference Hall. The conference is jointly organized by Girideepam Business School and Crest Academy for Innovation & Research, Kottayam, in association with Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia.
The conference aims to provide a dynamic platform for academicians, research scholars, and students to explore innovative and technology-driven strategies that enhance sustainability across marketing, finance, human resource management, supply chain, and AI-enabled business practices. The event will facilitate meaningful academic discussions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global knowledge exchange. Selected papers will have publication opportunities in ISSN journals - Lux Montis or GBS Suprayoga. Certificates will be issued to participants upon successful completion of the conference sessions.

About Speaker Ts. Dr. Joseph Emerson Raja (Ph.D.) is an accomplished academician, AI researcher, and Senior Member of IEEE, currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. With extensive expertise in soft computing and intelligent machine condition monitoring, he has made significant contributions to both academia and industry, earning multiple accolades including the Excellent Teaching Award from MMU and prestigious recognitions from Telekom Malaysia and SRM University. A prolific author and keynote speaker, he has co-authored several books and delivered invited talks across Malaysia, India, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Dubai. His research and training initiatives, including Malaysian Government-funded programs, reflect his commitment to advancing AI-driven innovation. As the keynote speaker for the International Conference on “Reimagining Management for a Tech-Driven Sustainable Future,” Dr. Emerson Raja will present on the theme “The Role of Responsible AI in Reimagining Management for a Tech-Driven Sustainable Future,” highlighting the transformative potential of AI aligned with global sustainability goals.
