Girideepam Business School (GBS) conducted a three-day Outbound Training Programme for the First Year MBA students of the 2026–28 batch at Casa Maria. The programme is designed to provide students with an enriching experiential learning environment beyond the conventional classroom. Through a series of engaging activities and experiential exercises, students are developing essential managerial competencies such as leadership, teamwork, communication, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making. The training also provides opportunities for students to build stronger interpersonal relationships, enhance confidence and discover their individual and collective strengths. The ongoing programme reflects GBS’s commitment to providing holistic management education by combining academic learning with practical experiences and personal development.
