Girideepam Business School's (GBS) MBA Batch 2023 recently completed a successful 5-day International Study Tour to Vietnam from March 20-24, 2025. This global learning experience provided students with a unique opportunity to explore Vietnam's vibrant culture, thriving business landscape, and resilient people.During their visit, the GBS team visited the Department of Indian Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, where they discussed potential academic collaborations. The team also visited LUCKY BAMCOO, a pioneering manufacturer of eco-friendly bamboo products, in Tiền Giang, Vietnam.At LUCKY BAMCOO, students gained valuable insights into sustainable business practices, innovative manufacturing processes, and the importance of preserving traditional craftsmanship. The visit showcased the company's impressive range of natural bamboo products, from household items to souvenirs.Through company visits, cultural immersion, and interactive sessions, GBS students developed a deeper understanding of Vietnam's economy, trade practices, and entrepreneurial spirit. This study tour was an incredible opportunity for students to learn, grow, and connect with global businesses and cultures.
