Girideepam Business School successfully organized the International Conference on “Sustainability as a Strategic Imperative: Implications for Modern Business Functions” on 22 September 2025, in collaboration with Monti International Institute of Management Studies and Crest Academy for Innovation & Research, Kottayam.
The conference provided a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to exchange ideas and share insights on integrating sustainability into modern business functions.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from across academic and corporate spheres, with 145 participants and 80 research papers presented across various thematic tracks.
Dr. Soney John, Former Professor, Marian Institute of Management, Kuttikkanam, served as the Resource Person and Track Chair, offering valuable perspectives and expert guidance to the presenters. His contributions greatly enriched the discussions and learning outcomes of the conference.
