Girideepam Business School (GBS) signed a *Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)* with *QQD Talent Minds Pvt. Ltd., in association with IBM, on 16 March 2026 to implement the PEARL Program for the benefit of its MBA students.
The collaboration aims to strengthen industry–academia engagement by providing students with opportunities to develop digital competencies, creative thinking, and entrepreneurial skills that are essential in today’s rapidly evolving business environment. The PEARL Program is designed to equip students with practical exposure, industry-relevant knowledge, and skill-based learning that enhances their professional readiness.
Through this initiative, students will gain access to structured training, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities aligned with current industry requirements. The program is expected to play a significant role in improving students’ employability and preparing them to meet the challenges of the modern digital economy.
The MoU signing marks an important milestone in Girideepam Business School’s continuous efforts to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, while fostering innovation, skill development, and career readiness among its students.
