Dr. Dhanya S Nair has been awarded Ph.D from Alagappa University, Karaikudi for the thesis entitled “Flexible Working Hours Trends-Its Effects on Work-Family Interface with reference to IT Industry in Kerala”. She has done Master of Business Administration specialized in HR and Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University and is a University Rank Holder. She qualified UGC-NET in the year 2012. She has done Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and is a department topper from Vinayaka Missions University. Her areas of interests are in Research Methodology, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Dr. Dhanya is proficient in Statistical Data Analysis using SPSS. Prior to joining GBS, she has served in various academic capacities with institutions of well repute. She has published articles in National and International Journals and has presented papers in National and International Conferences.
