Girideepam Business School organized an informative session on 16 March 2026 to introduce MBA students to the IBM Q2D PEARL Program, an initiative aimed at developing digital, creative, and entrepreneurial competencies among students.
The session was led by Mr. Renjith M. T., State Coordinator – Kerala, IBM Q2D PEARL Program, and Mr. Akhil R., District Coordinator – Kerala, IBM Q2D PEARL Program. During the session, the resource persons explained the objectives and key features of the PEARL initiative and highlighted how the program can support students in enhancing their digital capabilities, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
They also discussed the various opportunities available through the program, including skill development, innovation-oriented learning, and exposure to emerging digital technologies. The speakers encouraged students to actively participate in such initiatives to equip themselves with future-ready skills and improve their employability in a rapidly evolving business environment.
