Roshan is a certified corporate trainer, with an industry experience of more than 6 years. He attained his Master’s degree in Business Administration with Human Resources specialization from Christ University, Bangalore. He has rendered his services for MNC’s like Infosys, MindTree and Poornam Info Vision. Immense experiences in HR functions have helped him to understand people dynamics and thus design the training programs in a resourceful and effectual manner. As a MINDS certified trainer, he got opportunity to train central and state government employees. Roshan focuses on skill development and positive behavioural changes through his training sessions. He has also proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop and deliver successful programs.
