She is  the founder and Managing Director of TalenTus HR Solutions Pvt Ltd, which privides business consulting and training services to different organizations of South India. She is the Managing   partner of TalenTus Institute for Transformation, the company which provides training to Business schools and professional colleges and Director of Vistos Global Pala. She owns a boutique, Sruthees Collections, which is an icon of Kerala's traditional clothing.
