Prior to joining with us she has more than 8 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor. Her area of interests are in Business Research Methods, Hùman Resource Management and Marketing Management. Ms. Poornima has secured Gold Certificate in Health Communication from IIM B, SWAYAM Portal. She has presented several papers in National Conference and also published articles in reputed journals and also undergone several Faculty Development Programs and Workshops.
