Namitha K Thambi is a Research Scholar in Alagappa University, Karaikudi. She holds Post graduate degree in Business Administration with specialisations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Calicut. Ms. Namitha also completed MCom from Bharathiar University and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking. She has more than 8 years of teaching experience in the areas of Accounting, Financial Management and Corporate Finance. Ms. Namitha has a Banking Industry experience of 2 years. Prior to joining with us she has served as Assistant Professor in a College Kottayam. She has secured Bronze Certificate in Behavioural Finance from IIM B, SWAYAM Portal. Also presented several papers in National Conference and published articles in several journals and participated in various Faculty Development Programs and Workshops.
